The Gramar team has specific experience in e-commerce and internet marketing as well as extensive successful backgrounds in private equity, venture capital and general management. Our team of five has invested £20 million in over 50 small and medium sized businesses over the last 20 years.

Murray Kenneth, CEO

Murray launched his first e-commerce store in 1998 and has subsequently honed his skills with a succession of catalogue and internet retail brands. An MBA with ten years on the front-line managing fast growing companies, Murray brings invaluable experience from the sharp end of multi-channel retail.

Ronald Fidler

Ron has a vast amount of experience both in large multi-national corporations and independent SME’s. Ex-President and Chief Operating Officer of Black & Decker, Ron was responsible for the performance of a world wide operating group with sales of $1.2 billion and 18,000 employees. Since 1986, Ron has chaired an independent venture capital investment company, investing in many small and medium size businesses.

Richard Carver

is the former Chief Executive of The Coverdale Group, a consultancy specializing in the strategic development of blue chip companies. Previously at Esso where he managed the shipping fleet and the UK pipeline.

Gordon Kenneth

Chartered accountant, PMD graduate at Harvard Business School. Co-founder and part owner of Oakland Capital Management founded in 1981 as Venture Capital managers, and latterly as private investors through Oakland Development Capital Fund Limited, in Jersey, and Bridgewell Holdings Limited in UK. Ex KPMG London, Booker Group, Ingersoll Rand and Oil Plus a BP/Booker joint venture.

Alan Blackham

Former Managing Director of Solus Schall, an international engineering services company and subsequently Executive Vice President of Solus Ocean Systems, a division of the Enserch Corporation. Founder and Managing Director of Bywater plc, a strategic business consultancy, subsequently acquired by Axon plc.
