Gramar will invest sums of up to £250k as a sole investor in a business, and could lead overall investments of a greater amount. We are seeking to invest in businesses that are currently trading with a management team in place and which are ideally within 75 miles of Marlborough in Wiltshire.
The following criteria are attractive to us in our selection of businesses in which to invest:
- A clearly identifiable market niche that can be targetted efficiently
- A product offering that is unique or hard-to-find and presents a good margin opportunity
- Potential for more sophisticated exploitation of the multi-channel environment
- A business model with organic growth potential
- A management team that is receptive to our strategic input
